The quote tool
The quote interface collects: gender, birth date, self-assessed health category, nicotine use, desired benefit amount and desired term. This data goes to the carriers' quoting engine to generate prices and is not retained by this site. No personal identifying information—name, address, phone, email—is required to view quotes. The same request sent twice may be answered from a temporary cache, avoiding a repeated query to the rating engine.
Applying
If you decide to complete an application, your quote data prefills a protected enrollment form managed by the carriers' platform, where you then operate under their separate privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, operating as a California-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129), processes your application.
The contact form
Our contact form requests your name, email address, an optional phone number, your communication preference, the reason for contacting, and your message details. The message is transmitted via email to the agency with your email as the reply address. This website does not keep a local copy of messages, does not store a database of inquiries, and does not maintain logs of message text. A short-lived safety check operates on your browser before submission.
Measurement
This site measures traffic using first-party, non-cookie analytics hosted directly from this domain. No tracking cookies or stored identifiers are used; your IP address is partially anonymized before recording; information from referring page URLs is excluded; raw server logs are purged after three months. If your browser sends Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control markers, your visits are not logged.
What we do not do
This site does not buy, rent or trade personal information, does not use ad-tracking pixels, and does not run third-party analytics software. The sole external script on this site is the application platform hosted by carriers, which only loads if you navigate to the application page.
